FD-110B Type Power Source provides power for the electronic commutator of high speed brushless DC motors, and used as a dedicated power source for FF-100/110 Type compound molecular pumps.
Descriptions:
This power source uses Atmega16- 16PU SCM as controller, adopts switching power as the core power, utilizes Single Hall Technology to drive motors to realize motors’ automatic acceleration. The power source can provide the maximum current upon startup, to make the motors accept a maximum torque needed for startup. And it is also equipped with 4 bits LED Charactron to indicate the values of frequency, voltage, current, and 3 keyboards respectively used for starting and stopping controls, indicating and switching frequency, voltage, current, and setting high and low speed of revolution; acousto-optical protective warning of over-current, overheating, and overtime; local cable controls and remote RS232 communication controls.
In addition, it is a new-generation power product of molecular pumps developed by our company, and featured with small volume, light weight, and wide range of input voltages.
